Our Institution has a well-defined and structured student support and mentoring system committed to provide overall development of students addressing different dynamic & individual needs of students such as Academic, Socio-economic, Adolescent, Career Guidance, Performance and Infrastructure concerns.
· The Institute strongly believes that faculty should address the Psychological and Economic issues for students apart from the academics because these issues also have good impact on student behavior and career.
· Though the student is intelligent but does not have the faculty orientation perspective student fail to meet his goal.

Objectives of Students’ Mentor Program:
ü Interact with students and understand in detail about their concerns, needs, difficulties.
ü Address these concerns effectively after discussing the same with concerned faculty/personnel.
ü Mentor and motivate the students to participate in various technical and cultural events for their overall development.
ü Track and observe the overall growth of student and provide counseling, at appropriate intervals.
Functions of mentoring system:
· A group of 15-20 students are allocated to a faculty mentor at the beginning of the first year. These mentors individually interact with every student at frequent scheduled/unscheduled monthly meetings, and take the responsibility of mentoring them till the completion of the course.
